Transitions and Development Manager
Dalila has a B.A. in Psychology (University of Buenos Aires). She took graduate studies in psychoanalysis and seminars in psychodiagnostic assessment and skill-based personnel selection techniques. She has working as a psychologist in Human Resources soft areas (Selection, Assessment Center, Leadership Development, Training, and Psychological and Technical Assessment), at important consulting firms and companies.
Dalila has also worked in outplacement and employment orientation for the AMIA Employment Service (BID Project).
She became Operations Manager in 2017, heading the operation of the Job Transition and Career Development business unit.
