Bruno started his professional career in 1977, as a consultant and coach. In the 80s he took part in the development of the first Outplacement programs in the country.
He has a B.A. in Psychology (Belgrano University, 1971) and a Ph.D. in Psychology (Sorbonne University, Paris, France, 1981). In addition, he did graduate studies at Rorschach’s Argentine Psychodiagnosis Association (AAPRO). He received international recognitions for his work in the field of career transition.
In 1995 he founded Bruno Matarazzo y Asociados (BMyA), a leading company in career transition in Argentina and Uruguay.
He is a frequent speaker at Human Resources conferences and at universities. He is an active collaborator and mentor in Fondation Forge, an organization facilitating labor market insertion for young people coming from low-resource settings.
The core of his professional life has been in this field, and he has gained deep expertise and undertaken significant research in the area. Since the beginning of his career, he has been assisting people going through critical situations and changes in their working and professional lives.
